SHIPPING
Every attempt will be made to process and ship your order the day it's received. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

U.S. SHIPPING RATES
All U.S. orders are shipped via FEDEX and should be received within 3-5 business days. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Your Collection B purchase can be shipped to any APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) address via Standard USPS service only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For orders shipped outside the United States, shipping will be provided via FEDEX. International orders are not guaranteed to ship the next business day because additional verification is often necessary. International purchases should arrive within 6-10 business days. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

International shipping will be a flat rate of £10. If you return an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply.

We are able to ship to countries other than the U.S, Canada, and the UK. Such orders cannot be processed online, for more information please contact us at info@bernardo-usa.com.

Customs Duties and Other Fees
Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICY
We hope that you are happy with your purchases from CollectionB.us. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. All Returns/Exchanges must contain the provided Merchandise Return & Exchange form.

Merchandise must be returned in its original, unworn condition. All items will be inspected upon return. Please note, items being returned are your responsibility until they reach our facilities. Please be sure to package your merchandise carefully to prevent any damage to goods being returned. We are not responsible for any items damaged during the return process. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless we made an error.

If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please notify us immediately at info@bernardo-usa.com.

To keep you informed, you will receive an email once your return has been received and your refund has been processed.


EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at 1.212.594.3900 or info@bernardo-usa.com to ensure that all new items are currently available. If the exchange is of equal value, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide exchanges on orders shipped internationally.


RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
By Mail
Complete the Merchandise Return & Exchange Form and please provide us with a reason for the return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be received as well as an additional 4 business days for the return to be completed and the refund to be posted to your account. (Certain banks may require additional days to post the refund to your account).

Pre-paid Shipping Label (U.S. Only)

For your convenience we have included a pre-paid domestic return label. Your return package can be taken to any US Post Office. A flat fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your order refund for return postage once the return is processed.


Other Shipping Method
If you choose not to use our pre-paid return label, the return fee of $6.95 will not be assessed. We’re sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. If you are using another shipping method, please be sure to send merchandise to the following address:

International Returns
The customer is responsible for all duties or taxes. If you return or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, the amount we have been charged will be deducted from your refund.

Please fill out the Merchandise Return Authorization Form and include it with your return item(s).
